La proposta culinaria dell’agriturismo Torre Morgana è dedicata esclusivamente alla cucina vegana ed è riservata agli ospiti che soggiornano presso l’agriturismo.

In our kitchen we use natural stone-ground organic Umbrian flours and raw materials from our own farm.

Our dishes

Breakfast includes a wide selection of drinks along with fruit and vegetable extracts, pancakes and homemade cakes. For those who like authentic flavours, we offer jams made with fruit from our own farm, and our own yoghurt.

Dinner is a set menu, complete with a first course, main course, two side dishes, dessert, water and options of coffee or herbal tea at the end of the meal. In addition, it is possible to request certified organic and vegan wine.
