Reference Bologna – A14 direction Ancona – exit at Cesena Nord per E45 direction Roma. (DO NOT EXIT AT PIERANTONIO or PROMANO, even if your navigator indicates this!!!) - Turn right following Via Roma - go straight on at the roundabout following Take the second right onto Via Garibaldi and continue through the town of Umbertide towards Lago Trasimeno. At the crossroads for Città di Castello follow Via Gabriotti. Just outside the town, past the bridge over the Tiber, you will find a petrol station on the right. Turn left for Preggio - Passignano (second subway). The road begins to climb, continue for 11 km. After 11 km and a few hundred metres, you will find on your right a dirt road marked by an iron cross placed on a concrete block and a red mailbox. Continue on the dirt road for 2.5 km into the forest (pass a house with an iron gate and a house with a trampoline). Continue until a descent and you have arrived!

Reference Rome - A1 direction Florence - exit at Orte and take E45 direction Perugia - Cesena, following the signs for Cesena as soon as you find them. Exit at Umbertide (DO NOT EXIT AT PIERANTONIO OR PROMANO, even if your navigator indicates this!!!) - turn left - after 200 metres turn right for Umbertide. Go through the town of Umbertide, at the roundabouts go straight on towards Lago Trasimeno. At the crossroads turn right for Città di Castello following Via Gabriotti. Just outside the village you will find a petrol station on the right - turn left for Preggio - Passignano (second subway). The road begins to climb, continue for 11 km. After 11 km and a few hundred metres, you will find a dirt road on your right marked by a concrete block on which there is an iron cross and a red mailbox beside it. Continue on the dirt road for 2.5 km into the forest (pass a house with an iron gate and a house with a trampoline) until you reach a descent and you have arrived!
